摘要 新中国成立以来,我国劳动教育政策经历了渐进性制度转换、探索性制度置换、建构性制度微调等三个阶段。基于历史制度主义的分析视角可以发现,政府决策和社会市场需求等宏观性因素影响着我国劳动教育政策的变迁,学习效应、协调效应、适应效应及高昂的运行成本等阻碍性因素使劳动教育政策变迁产生路径依赖。劳动教育政策变迁的内在动力来源于政府、市场、学校三方的权力博弈。如何抓住制度创新的重要契机,不断突破路径依赖,是我国劳动教育改革和发展的重要研究课题。 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, China’s labor education policy has experienced three stages: gradual institution transformation, exploratory institution replacement and constructive institution fine adjustment. Based on the analysis of historical institutionalism, we can find that macro factors such as government decision-making and market demand affect the change of labor education policy in China, while obstacles such as learning effect, coordination effect, adaptation effect and high operating cost make the change of labor education policy path dependent. The internal motive force of labor education policy change comes from the power game among government, market and school. How to seize the important opportunity of institutional innovation and constantly break through the path dependence is an important research topic for the reform and development of labor education in China.
