摘要 为研究发动机曲轴油封结构参数对密封性能的影响,以规格为Φ80×Φ100×8.5的曲轴油封为研究对象,基于正交试验设计原理,结合有限元分析方法,研究结构参数油面唇角(α)、气面唇角(β)、安装过盈量(δ)、弹簧中心到唇口轴向距离(r)、油封腰厚(s)和弹簧劲度系数(k)对唇口平均接触压力(P_(av))和唇口单位周长径向力(F_(r))影响的大小顺序;优化目标为最大P_(av)和最小F_(r),得到最优结构参数组合。结果表明:结构参数对P_(av)和Fr影响的大小顺序分别为β,δ,k,s,α,r和k,δ,r,s,β,α;与优化前曲轴油封相比,优化后曲轴油封的P_(av)增大2.61%,Fr减小28.74%,使用寿命显著延长。 In order to study the influence of the structural parameters of the engine crankshaft oil seal on the sealing performance,the crankshaft oil seal with the specification ofΦ80×Φ100×8.5 was experimentally investigated.Based on the principle of orthogonal experimental design and combined with finite element analysis method,the order of significance of the influence of the structural parameters which were oil surface lip angle(α),air face lip angle(β),installation interference(δ),axial distance from spring center to lip(r),oil seal waist thickness(s)and spring stiffness coefficient(k)on average contact pressure(P_(av))and radial force per unit circumference(F_(r))of the lip was studied.The optimization objectives were the maximum P_(av) and minimum F_(r),and the optimal combination of structural parameters was obtained.The results showed that the order of the influence of the structural parameters from more significant to less significant on P_(av) and Fr wereβ,δ,k,s,α,r and k,δ,r,s,β,α,respectively.Compared with the crankshaft oil seal before optimization,P_(av) of the crankshaft oil seal after optimization increased by 2.61%,Fr decreased by 28.74%,and service life was significantly extended.
