矿井掘进机在线监测监控系统的设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 矿井掘进机作业大多采用人工手动控制的方式,掘进效率低,故障难以发现,而且现场工作时刻威胁着工人的生命安全。为此,设计了一套基于PLC和CAN总线通信的矿井掘进机在线监测监控系统。根据设计的系统总体架构,分别对其硬件和软件进行了设计和开发。实际应用效果表明:该监测监控系统达到了预期目标,可实时掌握掘进机的运行状态,大大提高了掘进机掘进的安全性、可靠性和工作效率。 Most mine tunneling machine operations still use manual manual control.The tunneling efficiency is low,the fault is difficult to find,and the on-site work always threatens the lives of workers.For this reason,this paper designs a set of online monitoring and control system for mine roadheader based on PLC and CAN bus communication.According to the overall architecture of the designed system,the hardware and software are designed and developed respectively.The actual application results show that the monitoring and monitoring system has reached the expected goal,can grasp the running status of the roadheader in real time,and greatly improve the safety,reliability and work efficiency of the roadheader.
