摘要 针对现有掘进机井下存在因综采作业时操作人员视线不佳而无法精确控制综采机构的综采路径的问题,提出了一种基于视频监控的掘进机综采控制系统,利用视频监控的方式为掘进机作业人员提供辅助视线,同时能够精确控制综采机构相对于综采壁面的距离,防止发生过切、切不到位的现象。根据在井下的实际应用表明,在该视频监控控制系统的作用下,掘进机综采作业时综采机构在静止时的抬升角可确保在0.26°以内,其回转角的跳动可保持在0.24°以内,极大地提升了掘进机综采作业的精确性。 in view of the situation that the line of sight of the operator is not good, the path of the fully mechanized mining mechanism cannot be controlled accurately. A kind of fully mechanized mining control system based on video surveillance is proposed. According to the actual application in the downhole, under the action of the video surveillance and control system, the lift angle of the fully mechanized mining mechanism in the fully mechanized mining operation of the roadheader can be ensured to be at 0.26°, the runout of the return angle can be kept within 0.24°, greatly improving the accuracy of the roadheader fully mechanized mining operation.
