摘要
主要对陈四楼煤矿北翼-640 m泵房、变电所及水仓岩巷掘进的地质条件进行了研究,分析制约岩巷快速掘进的影响因素,提出了有针对性的施工工艺方案,并在实际生产中得到了应用。采用巷道工程设计优化、大断面分层施工及大坡度上山施工法、"先喷后锚"和"锚杆+锚索"梯次耦合支护工艺等,有效配合"耙装机+胶带输送机+采区矸石仓+串车"联合出矸方式,可实现安全高效快速掘进的目的。北翼-640 m泵房、变电所及水仓快速掘进技术的应用,为相同地质条件下岩巷快速掘进提供了依据。
The geological conditions of rock drift excavation in the north wing-640 m pump room,substation and water sump of the Chensilou Coal Mine were studied,the factors affecting the speed of the rock drift were analyzed,and a targeted construction process plan was proposed,and was applied in actual production. With the application of roadway engineering design optimization,large-section layered construction and large slope uphill construction method, " first injection after anchor" and " anchor + anchor cable" coupling support process,etc.,joint gangue production of " scraper + belt conveyor + waste rock bunker + string car" was effectively applied,which can achieve the purpose of safe,efficient and rapid excavation. Through the practical application of rapid excavation technology in the north wing-640 m pump room,substation and water sump,it provides the basis for rapid excavation of rock drift under the same geological conditions.
