摘要 针对某煤炭企业服役中的掘进机PLC控制系统稳定性不足、数据易丢失的问题,开展基于CAN总线的掘进机实时监控系统设计。该监控系统运行稳定可靠,解决了数据易丢失的问题,实现了对掘进机作业的远程监测和控制的目的。经实际应用表明,节省了掘进机运维人员,降低了备品备件成本,提高了有效工作时间,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。 In response to the problems of insufficient stability and easy data loss of the PLC control system of a roadheader in service in a coal enterprise,the design of a real-time monitoring system for roadheader based on CAN bus was carried out.The application results show that the monitoring system operates stably and reliably,solves the problem of easy data loss and realizes the purpose of remote monitoring and control of the roadheader operation.The use of the monitoring system has saved the personnel of roadheader operation and maintenance,reduced the cost of spare parts,increased the effective working time and created more economic benefits for coal enterprises.
