摘要
蒸馏技术是人类科学技术史上的重要发明之一,在古代,蒸馏技术就已成为人类社会生产生活的重要组成部分,其发展历程分为起源期、传播融合期和飞跃期3个阶段,从蒸馏器的装置构造及蒸馏工艺等角度归纳综述,其中涵盖了政治、经济、文化、地理、战争瘟疫、宗教神学以及民族交流等诸多方面的内容,以期在信息技术与教学深度融合的背景下为化学师生提供直接简明的阅读史料。
As an important invention in the history of science and technology, distillation technology has become an important part of the production and life in human society since ancient times. In order to fully and clearly present the development of ancient distillation technology, its development process is divided into three stages: the origin stage, the spreading and integrating stage, and the leap stage. This paper summarizes from the perspective of the distiller’s device structures and the distillation process, and it includes the contents of politics, economy, culture, geography, war plague, religious theology and national exchange. Under the background of deep integration of information technology and teaching, this paper aims to provide direct and concise historical reading materials for teachers and students in chemistry field.
