摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医疗转运工作的应对管理措施,为医疗转运部门在传染病疫情下医疗运送工作提供参考。方法针对新型冠状病毒肺炎突发事件,成立转运管理小组、制订转运流程、开展专项培训、动态调配人力及物力、严格消毒管理、加强防控督导。结果截至2月22日,协助检查发热患者2970例次,转运入院218例次,运送标本3500个;转运新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离病区患者检查148例次,转科98例次,运送标本794个,运送药品263次。运送工人个人防护技能考核合格率为100%,无一例交叉感染。结论制订转运流程、实施统筹管理、动态调配、防控兼顾、专项培训能提高和保证传染病重大疫情下医疗运送工作的高效运转。
Objective To explore the management strategies of medical transport under the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),so as to provide reference tackling infectious diseases to medical transportation department.Methods For COVID-19 emergencies,to set up a transport management team,formulate transport procedures,carry out special training,dynamically deploy manpower and material resources,strictly manage disinfection,strengthen prevention and supervision.Results Until 22 February,it had assisted to check 2970 patients with fever,transferred 218 patients to hospital,and transported 3500 specimens.It had helped to check 148 cases with COVID-19,transferred 98 cases to hospital,transported 794 samples and 263 drugs.The passing rate of transport workers'personal protection skill assessment was 100%and no cross-infection occurred.Conclusion It can ensure the effective operation of medical transport under the major infectious diseases through formulating the transport process to implement the overall management,the dynamic deployment,prevention and control and special training.
