摘要
目的探讨医院船传染病患者救护特点及护理组织与管理。方法分析医院船传染病患者救护特点及管理工作中存在的主要问题,成立培训小组,从临床实际出发制订并完善工作流程,严格消毒隔离和个人防护等为传染病患者提供及时合理的治疗与护理。结果所有医护人员个人防护技能及流程考核合格率为100.00%。接诊患者2 208例、住院患者113例,医疗救援中筛查出传染病患者38例,转运到医院船的肺结核患者18例,均未发生交叉感染和医源性感染。在执行救护任务中医护人员实现了"零感染"。结论对医院船医护人员进行传染病知识与技能培训,在救护工作中规范传染病工作流程,能有效提高医务人员应对传染病的临床防治能力。
Objective To explore the major characteristics and medical rescue organization and management of the hospital ship in infectious disease patients.Methods To analyze the emergency characteristics of infectious diseases patients and the main problems during the rescue management.Then to establish training team based on clinical practice and formulate perfect working process.Through strict disinfection and individual protection of infectious disease to provide patients rational treatment and nursing in time.Results The control rate of personal protective skills and working process was 100.00%.A total of 38 infectious disease patients during medical rescueand 18 patients who were transferred to the hospital ship didn＇t rise cross infection and iatrogenic infection,among 2 208 patients and 113 hospitalized patients.There had no infection in the rescue mission.Conclusion It is necessary for medical personnel in hospital ship to train knowledge and skills related infectious diseases and standardize the rescue work process,which can effectively improve their clinical prevention ability of infectious disease.
