依照JCI评审标准控制多重耐药菌医院感染的效果研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨依照JCI评审标准对控制多重耐药菌医院感染的影响。方法通过成立多重耐药菌多部门联合管理小组、查找问题、开展全员培训、持续质量改进等措施,将依照JCI评审标准对多重耐药菌感染实施管理前后1年的隔离措施执行率和医院感染管理质量控制指标进行比较。结果依照JCI评审标准能有效提高多重耐药菌感染患者隔离措施执行率(P<0.01或P<0.05),明显改善了医院感染管理质量控制指标尤其是多重耐药菌感染发现率(P<0.05)。结论依照JCI评审标准对多重耐药菌感染患者进行管理,能有效提高多重耐药菌感染患者隔离措施执行率,明显改善医院感染质量控制指标,对于降低医院多重耐药菌感染发现率具有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the impact of Joint Commission International(JCI) accreditation standards on the controlling of hospital infection with multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO).Methods Measures were set up including establishing MDRO multi-department joint management team,finding problems,organizing entire personnel training,continous quality improvement,comparing quarantine measures executive rate and hospital infection management quality control index before and after the one year by controlling hospital infection with MDRO abased on JCI accreditation standards.Results The implementation of JCI accreditation standards increased the executable rate of quarantine measures for patients with MDRO infection(P<0.01 orP<0.05),and improved the quality control index of nosocomial infection management,particularly decreased the detection rate of MDRO infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of JCI accreditation standards can effectively increase the executable rate of quarantine measures for patients with MDRO infection,dramatically improve the quality control index of nosocomial infection management,significantly decrease the detection rate of MDRO infection,which is worth to spread the clinical application.
