摘要
目的分析128层螺旋CT诊断小儿美克尔憩室的临床价值。方法 10例进行检查并经手术病理证实的美克尔憩室患儿,均于术前行128层螺旋CT检查,以手术病理结果为诊断"金标准",观察CT检查的诊断符合率,分析CT表现。结果 10例患儿均经手术病理明确诊断为美克尔憩室,单纯美克尔憩室6例,合并炎症1例,合并胃黏膜及胰腺异位1例,合并出血性梗死、化脓性腹膜炎1例,合并异位胃黏膜征象1例。术前CT检查诊断为美克尔憩室9例,误诊1例。诊断符合率为90.00%(9/10)。结论 128层螺旋CT在小儿美克尔憩室诊断中应用价值显著,有助于早期诊断,并与其他疾病相鉴别,为临床疾病的诊治提供参考依据,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of 128-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of Meckel’s diverticulum in children.Methods 10 cases of Meckel’s diverticulum confirmed by operation and pathology were examined by 128-slice spiral CT before operation.Taking pathological results of the operation as the"gold standard",the diagnostic coincidence rate of CT was observed and the CT findings were analyzed.Results All the 10 cases were diagnosed as Meckel’s diverticulum by operation and pathology.There were 6 cases of simple Meckel’s diverticulum,1 case with inflammation,1 case with heterotopic gastric mucosa and pancreas,1 case with hemorrhagic infarction and suppurative peritonitis,and 1 case with heterotopic gastric mucosa.9 cases were diagnosed as Meckel’s diverticulum by preoperative CT examination,and 1 case was misdiagnosed.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.00%(9/10).Conclusion 128-slice spiral CT has significant practical value in the diagnosis of Meckel’s diverticulum in children,which is helpful for early diagnosis and distinguishing from other diseases,as well as providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.It is worthy of promotion and application.
