摘要
目的探讨肠重复畸形的声像图特征及超声诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了16例经手术病理证实为肠重复畸形的声像图特征。结果肠重复畸形发生部位最多在回肠,可分为两型:囊肿型及管状型。16例肠重复畸形中超声诊断准确10例;漏误诊6例。结论超声可分辨出肠重复畸形囊壁的各层结构及囊内情况,对肠重复畸形的诊断具有较高价值。
Objective To explore the ultrasonographic characteristics of intestinal duplication and evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods The sonographic characteristics of intestinal duplication in 16 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The ileum is the most frequently affected site. Intestinal duplication were classified into two types： cystic and tubular type. Among the 16 cases of intestinal duplication, 10 cases were diagnosed accurately by Ultrasonography; 6 cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusions Ultrasonography is able to observe clearly the wall structure of intestinal duplication and inside of the lesion, is valuable in diagnosis of intestinal duplication.
