摘要
基于对科技型中小企业专利战略内涵的阐释,分析了科技型中小企业在技术创新中运用专利保护其知识产权的重要价值,揭示了科技型中小企业专利战略转型面临的法律风险,在此基础上,通过调研科技型中小企业专利战略转型的实施现状和存在的现实困局,从宏观和微观两个方面提出符合科技型中小企业专利战略转型的实施路径。
Based on the interpretation of patent strategy connotation,this paper analyzes the value of patent protection in technological innovation of technology-based SMEs,and reveals the legal risks.By investigating the practical difficulties of patent strategy transformation of technology-based SMEs,it proposes the implementation path of patent strategy transformation from macro and micro perspectives.
