摘要
首先对国内外学者关于企业专利管理模式和专利发展战略研究成果进行分析,然后以桂林市中小型企业专利管理现状分析为出发点,构建了桂林市中小型企业专利创造、专利申请、专利保护、专利产出四位一体的专利管理模式,给出了专利管理模式的构建方法、运行机制及战略目标,并对其运行机理、基本特征及内涵等进行了深入研究,并将这一模型进行提炼,探讨通用型中小型企业专利管理模式,并给出完善及改进建议。
This paper Vastly analyzed the research findings on patent management and patent development strategy in enterpri^s by domes- tic and foreign scholars. Then, based on the analysis of Guilin＇s present patent management situation, the paper constructs a four-in-one system of patent management mode that integrates patent creation, patent application, patent protection and patent output for the Medium and Small-sized Enterprises（ SMEs） in GuiLin, the construction methods, operation mechanism, strategic goals, basic characteristics and implications of the proposed patent management mode are also given along with related in-depth study. Finally, a universally applicable patent management mode for SMEs is developed and suggestions on improving and perfecting the patent management mode are given.
