摘要
知识产权不仅推进着科学技术的进步,体现着一国生产力发展水平,还与贸易关系密切,实证分析表明,二者之间存在正相关关系。本文结论为进一步的政策建议奠定了理论基础,也为我国在WTO体制框架内自觉贯彻《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》提供了理论背景。
The paper states that intellectual property, which promotes science and technology, not only reflects the productive force of a country but also has a positive relationship with international trade. Based on sample data and statistic examinations, the paper advances relevant theories for the government to make further policies and the discussion also provides referential theoretic thinking for implementing Agreements on Intellectual Property Relevant to Trade under the WTO framework.
