摘要
采用高通量测序技术对林下护育、采伐迹地栽培和农田栽培3种栽培模式的人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.)根际土壤微生物多样性进行研究。结果表明:细菌群落中,变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)最丰富,在3种类型土样中相对丰度分别为45.30%、15.24%、17.19%;真菌群落中,粪壳菌纲(Sordariomycetes)为优势真菌菌群,在3种人参土样中分别占65.49%、68.47%和48.58%。采伐迹地栽培和农田栽培的人参土样中,主要细菌种类的相对丰度比较接近,但与林下护育人参土样差异较大;不同栽培模式的真菌群落差异较小。在林下护育和采伐迹地栽培模式下,有益微生物链霉菌属(Streptomyces)所占比重较大。农田栽参土壤改良时,通过外源添加可提高土壤肥力。伯克氏菌属(Burkholderiaceae)在林下护育栽培模式下占有一定比例,可成为人参土壤改良的生物菌剂备选资源。
The high-throughput sequencing technology was used to study the microbial diversity of ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.)rhizosphere soil under three cultivation systems:undergrowth conservation,logging plot cultivation and farmland cultivation.The results showed that among the bacterial community,the Gammaproteobacteria was the most abundant,and the relative abundance in the three soil samples was 45.30%,15.24%and 17.19%,respectively.Sordariomycetes was the dominant fungal community,accounting for 65.49%,68.47%and 48.58%in the three ginseng soil samples,respectively.The relative abundances of the main bacteria species in the soil samples of logging plot cultivation and farmland cultivation were close,which were quite different from undergrowth conservation,but the differences of the fungal communities under different cultivation systems were small.The beneficial microorganism Streptomyces had a large proportion in the system of under the undergrowth conservation and logging plot cultivation.The soil fertility could be improved by exogenous addition during the soil improvement of farmland planting.Burkholderia ceaeoccupies a certain proportion in the under-conservation cultivation system,and have not been reported on the improvement of ginseng soil,it may become a candidate resource for ginseng biological control.
