摘要
为研究双轴向粗粉分离器流动特征,利用计算流体力学方法研究现有轴向粗粉分离器内气体速度、压降、湍流强度等流动特征以及颗粒浓度和流线图,结果表明,轴向粗粉分离器的煤粉细度大、粉管浓度偏差大,进粉口、顶盖处等有效空间没有得到充分利用,分离器顶端积粉严重且出口压降大。提出了优化方案并进行了示范应用,制粉系统性能指标显著提高。
In order to study the flow characteristics of double axis coal powder separator,a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation is used to study the flow characteristics such as fluid velocity,pressure drop,turbulence intensity,particles concentration and particle streamline in the double axis coarse powder separator.The results shows that axial coarse pulverized coal separator has large pulverized coal fineness and tube concentration deviation,effective spaces such as inlet tube and top of the separator are not fully utilized,and the powder accumulation at the top of the separator is serious and the pressure drop at the outlet is large.Finally,an optimization scheme is proposed and demonstrated.
