摘要
介绍了湘潭电厂300 MW机组锅炉轴向型粗粉分离器的改造特点,对改造后制粉系统运行情况、煤粉细度、制粉系统出力和电耗、粗粉分离器效率等进行了试验和分析,结果表明改造后煤粉细度调节特性和粗粉分离器效率均有提高。
The characteristics of coarse particle separator modification for Xiangtan power plant 300 MW boiler were introduced. The operation condition of pulverizing system, pulverized coal-fineness, powder manufacturing output and electric consumption rate, and coarse pulverized coal separator efficiency were tested and analyzed. The result indicated that pulverized coal-fineness adjusting performance and separator efficiency were both improved.
