摘要
针对某电厂135 MW机组中储式制粉系统存在的制粉电耗高等一系列问题,进行了优化调整试验,分析了制粉电耗高的原因,并对部分设备进行了改造.通过试验调整得出制粉系统的最优运行参数,使该电厂的制粉电耗降低了4.5 kW.h/t,取得了良好的综合治理效果.
To solve the problems for 135 MW generating set in some power plant, optimized adjustment experiments have been conducted. The causes for high power consumption of pulverized coal milling system are analyzed, and parts of the equipments are reformed. Through adjustment experiments, the optimum operation parameters of the pulverized coal milling system are achieved. Through this method, the power consumption of pulverized coal milling system reduces 4.5 kW·h/t, and is conducive to comprehensive improvement.
