钢桥面STC铺装结构防水粘结方案优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 为减少STC铺装结构与沥青混凝土因层间抗剪切能力差而引起路面车辙、推移等病害,采用室内试验的方法,分别分析了6种防水粘结层方案的组合结构性能。试验结果表明:1)防水粘结剂与STC铺装界面的粘结强度、组合结构粘结强度及其剪切强度均随温度的升高而降低;2)相同温度下,环氧树脂粘结剂的粘结强度和剪切强度最大,改性乳化沥青+高粘改性沥青+撒布碎石方案的次之;3)优选环氧树脂粘结剂作为防水粘结层材料,推选改性乳化沥青+高粘改性沥青+撒布碎石方案作为STC铺装结构用备选防水粘结剂;4)当碎石粒径为4.75 mm~9.5 mm、撒布量选用8 kg/m^(2)、沥青洒布量采用1.5 kg/m^(2)时,防水粘结层与STC组合铺装结构的抗剪强度最大。 In order to reduce diseases of pavement rutting and moving caused by the poor shear resistance between STC pavement structure and asphalt concrete,the combined structural performance of six waterproof adhesive layer schemes was analyzed by indoor test method.The results show that:1)the bonding strength of waterproof adhesive and STC pavement interface,the bond strength of composite structure and shear strength decrease with the increase of temperature;2)at the same temperature,the bond strength and shear strength of epoxy resin binder are the largest,followed by modified emulsified asphalt+high viscosity modified asphalt+spreading crushed stone;3)epoxy resin binder is preferred as waterproof adhesive,modified emulsified asphalt+high viscosity modified asphalt+spreading crushed stone is alternative;4)when the particle size of crushed stone is 4.75 mm-9.5 mm,the spraying amount is 8 kg/m^(2),and the asphalt distribution rate is 1.5 kg/m^(2),the shear strength of the composite paving structure of waterproof adhesive layer and STC is the maximum.
