摘要
分别以热激活温度为90℃、110℃、120℃的3种丙烯酸粘结剂制备钢桥面浇筑式沥青混合料试件,并以不涂刷粘结剂的混合料试件为空白对照组,研究了不同热激活温度的丙烯酸粘结剂对钢桥面铺装组合结构粘结性能的影响。结果表明,热激活型丙烯酸粘结剂可大幅提升钢桥面铺装组合结构的粘结性能,本研究范围内,热激活温度为90℃的丙烯酸粘结剂对组合结构的粘结性能提升最大,粘结强度可达1.77 MPa。
Three kinds of acrylic binders with thermal activation temperatures of 90℃,110℃and 120℃are used to prepare cast asphalt mixture specimens for steel bridge deck,and the effect of acrylic binders with different thermal activation temperatures on the bonding performance of the composite structure of steel bridge deck pavement is studied with the asphalt mixture specimens without coating binder as the blank control group.The results show that the thermally activated acrylic adhesive can significantly improve the bonding performance of the composite structure of steel deck pavement.Within the scope of this study,the acrylic adhesive with a thermal activation temperature of 90℃can improve the bonding performance of the composite structure most greatly,and the bonding strength can reach 1.77 MPa.
