Influenza epidemic characteristics in Fushun city in Liaoning province from 2017 to 2019

摘要 目的了解抚顺市2017—2019年度流感的流行特征和态势,为流感防控提供依据。方法收集中国流感监测信息系统2017年4月至2019年3月抚顺市流感样病例(ILI)监测和标本检测数据,采用描述流行病学和卫生统计学方法分析流感分布情况和发病态势。结果抚顺市2017年4月至2019年3月ILI病例占门急诊就诊患者病例的2.12%;ILI病例主要集中在0~4岁组,占全部ILI病例的67.27%;2017年4月至2018年3月核酸监测阳性率为12.07%,2018年4月至2019年3月核酸监测阳性率为14.04%;病毒核酸分型方面,2017年4月至2018年3月甲型47例、乙型31例,2018年4月至2019年3月甲型88例、乙型3例,两个监测年度核酸分型比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抚顺市ILI%在两个监测年度整体上呈下降态势,但流感病毒活动强度并没有减弱,要加强0~4岁组等流感高危人群和重点场所的监测工作,做好流感防控应急准备、加强健康教育宣传,提高疫苗接种率,减少流感病例及重症的发生。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of influenza in Fushun city during the 2017-2019 monitoring year,and provide a basis for influenza prevention and control.Methods The data of influenza-like illness(ILI)surveillance and specimen testing from the China Influenza Surveillance Information System from April 2017 to March 2019 in Fushun city were collected.Descriptive epidemiology and health statistics were used to analyze the distribution and incidence trend of influenza.Results ILI cases in Fushun city from April 2017 to March 2019 accounted for 2.12%of outpatient and emergency patients.ILI cases were mainly concentrated in the 0-4 years old group,accounting for 67.27%of all ILI cases.The positive rate of nucleic acid monitoring in April 2017 to March 2018 was 12.07%,and the positive rate of nucleic acid monitoring from April 2018 to March 2019 was 14.04%.In terms of virus nucleic acid typing,there were 47 cases of type A and 31 cases of type B from April 2017 to March 2018.There were 88 cases of type A and 3 cases of type B from April 2018 to March 2019.The difference in nucleic acid typing between the two monitoring years was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ILI%of Fushun city showed a downward trend in the two monitoring years as a whole.But the intensity of influenza virus activity has not weakened.The monitoring of the 0-4 years old group with high-risk influenza and critical places should be strengthened.It is necessary to make emergency preparations for influenza prevention and control,strengthen health education and publicity,increase the vaccination rate,and reduce the occurrence of influenza cases and severe illness.
