摘要
习近平主席提出的构建人类命运共同体的倡议得到越来越多国家和人民的欢迎和认同,同时也为国际中文教育的发展指明了方向。但目前国际中文教育中国家、机构和个人作为传播主体存在一些问题:国家主管部门和机构间缺少协调;传播个体因为专业知识和跨文化交际能力以及跨文化传播能力的欠缺导致传播效果不佳;海外传播主体包括华人华侨及海外汉学家和本土汉语教师的作用未能充分发挥;来华留学生的"说书人"作用未受到足够重视。
Xi Jinping’s initiative to build a community of human destiny has been welcomed and recognized by more and more countries and people.At the same time,it points out the direction for the development of Chinese international education.At present,however,there are some problems in the dissemination of Chinese as a subject of international education:lack of coordination between national authorities and institutions;lack of professional knowledge,intercultural communicative competence and intercultural communicative competence of individual disseminators,resulting in poor dissemination effect;lack of role of overseas disseminators,including overseas Chinese,overseas Sinologists and native Chinese teachers.The role of"storyteller"of foreign students in China should be taken more seriously.
