用样条函数计算LED灯具的蓝光危害

摘要 蓝光危害是可以测量的,其依据是IEC/EN62471,但是测量方式非常复杂,测量成本很高。本文提出了一种计算蓝光危害的理论方法,即用样条函数拟合灯具光谱,得到灯具亮度的函数表达式。同时,利用另一个样条函数对IEC/EN62471中列出的数据进行拟合,得到蓝光危害的权重函数表达式。然后定义了一个以波长为自变量的蓝光危害函数,通过对该函数的积分计算出蓝光危害值。这样,只要已知灯具的绝对光功率谱,就可以不经测量直接得到定量蓝光危害值。这为预先评估和分析灯具的安全水平提供了一种方便的方法。本文以分别属于安全等级RGO和RG1的两个灯泡为例,利用数学平台得到了这两种灯的蓝光辐照值。计算结果与实测结果非常吻合。这样就可以通过数学计算得到蓝光危害的数值,为解决灯具的光生物安全评价提供了一种可选的方法。 Generally,the blue light hazard can be measured according to IEC/EN64721,but the measurement is very complex and the measure cost is very high.In this paper,a theoretical method for calculating the blue light hazard was provided.That is,fitting the spectrum of the lamp with a spline function,and obtaining the function expression of lamp brightness.At the same time,another spline function is used to get the weight function expression of blue light hazard by fitting the data listed in IEC/EN62471.Then define a blue light hazard function with the wavelength as independent variable,and calculate the blue light hazard value by integrating this function.In this way,as long as the absolute light power spectrum of a luminaire is known,the quantitative blue light hazard value then can be directly obtained without measurement.This provides a convenient method to evaluate and analyze the safety level of lamps in advance.In this paper,taking two lamp as examples,which belong to safety level RGO and RG1 respectively,the blue light irradiation values of the lamps are obtained by using a mathematical platform.The errors between the calculated results and the actual measurement results from the authoritative departments are very small.In this way,the numerical values of blue light hazard can be obtained by mathematical calculations,which undoubtedly provide an optional method to solve the light biosafety assessment of lamps.
