摘要
三七总皂苷是中药三七的主要成分,广泛应用于基础实验研究。近年来关于三七总皂苷在促进骨折愈合方面的相关研究尤为突出,从促骨形成分子通路,如转化生长因子-β/Smad信号通路、Wnt/β-Catenin通路、MAPK信号通路及PI3K/AKT信号通路等,到抑制骨吸收分子通路OPG/RANKL/RANK信号通路、肿瘤坏死因子-α信号通路和类雌激素信号通路等,从不同的层面论证,三七总皂苷可通过不同的分子蛋白通路及对促骨相关细胞发挥促进骨折愈合的作用。虽然三七总皂苷广泛应用于基础实验研究,但是其作用机理仍有待探索,不同通路途径之间的相互作用机理需要进一步研究并阐明。另外,三七总皂苷成分种类繁多,其中以人参皂苷(Rb1、Rg1),三七皂苷R1(NGR1)的作用最为突出,但是并不能完全代替三七总皂苷的作用,需要进一步探索研究其相关成分,以便更精准地找到促进骨折愈合不同靶点的活性成分。
Total saponins of panax notoginseseng is the main component of Radix Notoginseng,and it is widely used in basic experimental studies.In recent years,the related studies on the totalsaponins of panax notoginseseng in promoting fracture healing have been particularly prominent.From the molecular pathways of promoting osteogenic formation,such as TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway,Wnt/β-Catenin pathway,MAPK signaling pathway and PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,to the molecular pathways inhibiting bone resorption,such as OPG/RANKL/RANK signaling pathway,TNF-α signaling pathway,estrogen-like signaling pathway and others.It was demonstrated from different levels that total saponins of panax notoginseng can play a role in promoting fracture healing through different molecular protein pathways and osteoprogenitors.Although total saponins of panax notoginseng is widely used in basic experimental studies,its mechanism of action still remains to be explored,and the interaction mechanism between different pathways needs to be further studied and clarified.In addition,there are many different kinds of constituents of total saponins of panax notoginseseng,of which the roles of ginseng saponin(Rb1,Rg1)and panax notoginseng saponins R1(NGR1)are the most outstanding,but can not completely take the place of the role of total saponins of panax notoginseseng.It is necessary to further explore and study its related components,in order to more accurately find the active components that promote different targets of fracture healing.
