摘要
信息技术的发展及抗“疫”时期教师信息素养的全面提升和教师培训交流方式的转变为高校英语教师开展校际合作提供了技术支撑和现实可能。本研究坚持成果导向,以项目为平台,以“拉推机制”为保障,探索构建高校英语教师区域性合作发展的新模式。通过校际专业发展合作共同体建设与实践,发现通过特定的目标、平台和机制可以打破高校英语教师研究的碎片化及孤军作战的局面,促进专业合作共同体成员内在动力的生成,形成支持型合作共生关系,进而促进教师合作能力、反思能力及研究能力的提升,促进教师的全人发展,期望为教师成长和教师专业发展共同体研究带来启迪并提供参考。
The development of information technology and the improvement of teachers’information literacy during the antiepidemic period and the transformation of teacher training and communication methods provide technical support and practical possibilities for college English teachers to carry out cross-campus collaboration.This research adheres to the result-oriented approach,uses projects as a platform and“pull-push mechanism”as a guarantee to explore the construction of a new model of regional cooperation and development of English teachers in universities.Through the construction and practice of the crosscampus professional development cooperation community,it is found that specific goals,platforms and mechanisms can break the fragmentation of college English teacher research and the situation of solitary combat,promote the generation of internal motivation of professional cooperative members,and form a supportive cooperative symbiosis.The relationship further promotes the improvement of teachers’cooperation ability,reflection ability and research ability,promotes the whole-person development of teachers,and hopes to bring enlightenment and provide reference for the research of teacher growth and teacher professional development community.
