摘要
为实现岩巷快速掘进,保证矿井的正常接替,以马兰矿回风石门作为试验地点对中深孔爆破技术进行工业试验,通过深入分析中深孔爆破相关技术,提出试验方案。试验表明,经过一段时间的磨合和参数调整,单循环爆破进尺达2.0~2.2 m,中深孔爆破较普通爆破施工炮眼及扫眼时间每循环延长约1~1.5 h,通过优化劳动组织,月循环次数与普通月循环次数基本保持不变。
In order to realize the rapid excavation of rock roadway and ensure the normal replacement of mine,the industrial test of medium and deep hole blasting technology is carried out with the return air crosscut of Malan Mine as the test site,and the test scheme is put forward by deeply analyzing the related technology of medium and deep hole blasting.The test shows that after a period of running-in and parameter adjustment,the single cycle blasting advance reaches 2.0-2.2 m;and the medium and deep hole blasting is about 1-1.5h longer than that of ordinary blasting construction.By optimizing labor organization,the number of monthly cycles and ordinary monthly cycles remain unchanged.
