摘要
基于众筹网和京东众筹上345个扶贫项目7436条在线评论数据,通过多元线性回归模型探讨在线评论特征以及扶贫众筹项目发起人回复率对在线评论正、负面情感倾向值与众筹融资绩效关系的调节效应。结果表明:评论数量、评论情感倾向值、评论全面性与及时性均显著正向影响扶贫众筹融资绩效,扶贫众筹项目发起人回复率在正面情感值对众筹融资绩效的影响中呈正向调节,而在负面情感值对众筹融资绩效影响中的调节效应不显著。
Based on 7,436 online reviews of 345 poverty alleviation projects on zhongchou.com and jd.com and through the multiple linear regression model,this paper explores the moderating effect of the review characteristics and the response rate for initiators of the projects on the relation between the emotional tendency value of the reviews and the financing performance of the crowdfunding.The results reveal that:the number,emotional tendency value,comprehensiveness and timeliness of the reviews have a significant positive impact on the financing performance;the response rate for the initiators has a positive moderating effect on the impact of positive emotional tendency value on the financing performance,but it is not on the impact of negative emotional tendency value on the financing performance.
