摘要
通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS研究了六边形钢管混凝土构件的纯扭力学性能。首先建立了方形和圆形钢管混凝土纯扭构件的有限元模型,并将模拟结果与相应试验结果进行对比,以验证有限元模型的准确性;接着采用验证的有限元模型分析了六边形钢管混凝土纯扭构件的扭矩(T)-剪应变(γ)关系曲线、构件剪应力分布规律和钢管对混凝土的约束力分布规律;最后通过探究典型参数对六边形钢管混凝土构件抗扭性能的影响,给出了六边形钢管混凝土纯扭构件承载力的建议简化计算公式。与有限元模拟结果相比,简化计算公式的结果与其拟合程度较高,可为工程设计提供相应的参考。
In this paper,the behavior of hexagonal concrete-filled steel tubular(HCFST)columns under pure torsion is investigated by using finite element(FE)analysis software ABAQUS.Firstly,the finite element models of square and circular CFST members under pure torsion were established,and the simulation results were compared with the corresponding test results to verify the accuracy of the finite element model.Then,the verified FE model was used to analyze the behavior of HCFST columns under pure torsion,including torque-shear strain(T-γ)curves,the distribution of shear stress and the binding force of steel tube to concrete.Finally,aparametric study was conducted to investigate the effect of main parameters on the behavior of HCFST columns under pure torsion.Based on the parametric study,simplified formulas were proposed to predict the ultimate bearing capacity of a HCFST column subjected to pure torsion.The results using the simplified method are in good agreement with FE results,which can be used for engineering design in future.
