摘要
针对目前纺织行业采用人工进行挂纱操作,存在安全隐患以及工作效率低下等问题,设计一种基于STM32F429单片机为控制器的可移动自动挂纱装置,减少人力消耗。该自动挂纱装置包括移动、旋转以及夹持三部分,分别对移动装置、旋转装置、夹持装置进行调试,可实现自主移动、旋转以及夹持纱筒的功能。
In view of the problems of hidden danger and low work efficiency of manual hanging operation in textile industry,a movable automatic yarn hanging device based on stm32f429 microcontroller is designed to reduce the labor consumption.The automatic yarn hanging device includes three parts:moving,rotating and clamping.The mobile device,rotating device and clamping device are debugged respectively,which can realize the functions of independent movement,rotation and clamping of the bobbin.
