飞行器桁条装配在线检测及自适应调整系统 被引量:2

摘要 一般飞行器的桁条尺寸较长,刚性较差。为了减小飞行器桁条在装配过程中出现的局部变形,主要针对桁条关键部位设计加装了检测调整机构,机构中采用测距传感器进行检测,通过自适应调整系统进行偏差量的补偿,减少了装配过程中的变形量。经过分析可知,应用检测调整系统可以有效地减小气动外形的影响,使关键点定位更加精确。同时可以大大减少劳动量,提高效率;而且实现了在线检测和调整同步进行,调高了装配的最终质量(精度、应力)。 It is known that the stringer for comon aircraft is longer in size and worse in rigidity.A inspecting and adjusting mechanism is provided at key part of the stringer for minishing the local distortion of the stringer in the process of assembly.The mechanism inspects with a distance-measuring sensor and equalizes the offset through self-adjustment system so that the distortion is decreased in the process of asselmblying.The application of inspecting and adjusting system is known after analysis that may diminish the effect of the aerodynamic profile and position the key point accurately.Meanwhile,it can reduce labour greatly,improve efficiency as well as realize the detection and adjustment simutanously,so that the precision and the stress is guaranteed while assembling.
