摘要
为提高大豆油精炼得率,减少精炼损耗,有效降低废水、废油、废白土等对环境的污染,研究了大豆原油精炼过程中脱胶、脱色等环节辅料的选用和添加量对大豆油精炼得率的影响。结果表明,脱胶工段,一次磷酸添加量0.03%~0.05%,液碱添加量0.5%~0.7%,二次磷酸添加量0.01%~0.02%较为适宜;脱色工段,凹凸棒黏土与活性白土混合比例为2:1时,废白土含油量为20%,较为合理。采用以上工艺参数可以确保各工段可发挥最大效能,精炼得率达96.5%。
In order to improve the refining yield of soybean oil,reduce the refining loss,and effectively reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste water,waste oil and waste white soil,the influence of the selection and addition amount of auxiliary materials in the process of soybean crude oil refining on the refining yield of soybean oil was studied.The results show that it is more suitable to add firstly phosphoric acid to 0.03%~0.05% of oil quality,alkali to 0.5%~0.7% of oil quality,and secondary phosphoric acid to 0.01%~0.02% of oil quality in degum section.In decolorization section,when the ratio of attapulgite clay to active clay was 2:1,the oil content of waste clay was 20%,which ensured the maximum efficiency of each section and the refining yield was 96.5%.
