摘要
根据陕西省北洛河流域内2017年水质调查和监测数据及2018年流域内供水能力进行研究。评估结果表明:①陕西省北洛河流域水质污染严重,无水功能区达标,城市生活污水排放、企业综合污水排放及污水处理厂排放,是主要的水体污染源。②北洛河综合供水保证率处于亚健康状态,水库的供水能力还有待提高。建议严格落实入河污染物总量控制方案,加快流域重点城镇污水处理厂建设和提标改造力度,加强面污染源治理与控制等措施,确保流域重要水功能区水质达标。同时对流域内重点蓄水工程进行配套更新改造,提高供水能力。
Based on the 2017 water quality survey and monitoring data in the Beiluo River Basin in Shaanxi Province and the water supply capacity in the basin in 2018.The evaluation results show that:①The Beiluo River Basin in Shaanxi Province has serious water pollution,and the water-free functional zone meets the standards.Urban domestic sewage discharge,corporate sewage discharge and sewage treatment plant discharge are the main sources of water pollution.②The Beiluo River comprehensive water supply guarantee rate is in a sub-healthy state,and the water supply capacity of the reservoir needs to be improved.This article proposes to strictly implement the total amount of pollutants into the river control plan,speed up the construction of key urban sewage treatment plants in the river basin and upgrade the standards,strengthen measures such as treatment and control of non-point pollution sources,and ensure that the water quality of important water function areas in the river basin meets standards.At the same time,the key water storage projects in the basin will be upgraded and upgraded to improve the water supply capacity.
