黄土高原北洛河表层沉积物中有机氯农药的分布、来源及生态风险评估 被引量:2

Distribution, Source and Ecological Risk Assessment of Organochlorine Pesticides in Surface Sediments of the Beiluo River on the Loess Plateau

摘要 为探明有机氯农药(OCPs)在沉积物中的空间分布、来源及生态风险,以黄土高原典型河流北洛河为研究对象,于2021年6月采集了17个表层沉积物样品,利用气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)对OCPs浓度进行测定。在此基础上,通过同分异构体比值法揭示OCPs的来源,并利用熵值法对OCPs生态风险进行评估。结果表明:北洛河表层沉积物中25种OCPs均有不同程度检出,∑OCPs含量范围为0.53~61.68 ng/g(干重,下同),平均含量为8.68 ng/g。其中,DDTs的平均含量最高,占∑OCPs的50.11%,其次为DRINs,占∑OCPs的23.01%。与国内其他流域相比,北洛河表层沉积物中OCPs处于中等偏低水平。表层沉积物中HCHs污染主要来自农业用品林丹的使用,以及农业用品林丹与工业HCHs的混合输入;DDTs主要在好氧环境下降解为DDE,其污染主要来自工业DDTs的使用,以及工业DDTs与三氯杀螨醇的混合输入,且OCPs主要为环境中的历史残留,近期输入的OCPs较少。生态风险评估结果显示,硫丹I和狄氏剂对北洛河流域所造成的生态风险较为严重,有关部门应给予足够的重视,并加强对该区域的有机污染监测及管控。 Organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) as typical persistent organic pollutants(POPs) in river sediments have drawn much public attention. To explore the spatial distribution, sources and ecological risks of OCPs in the sediments of the Beiluo River, a typical river in the Loess Plateau, 17 surface sediment samples were collected in June 2021 and subsequently analyzed for the concentrations of OCPs using a gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer(GC-MS/MS). On this basis, the sources of OCPs were revealed via the isomer ration method, whereas the ecological risk of OCPs was assessed with the risk quotient method. A total of 25 OCPs in the surface sediments of the Beiluo River were detected, with the ∑OCPs content ranging from 0.53 ng/g to 61.68 ng/g. The average content of DDTs was the highest, accounting for 50.11% of ∑OCPs, followed by DRINs with 23.01% of ∑OCPs. Compared to other watersheds in China, OCPs in surface sediments of the Beiluo River were at a moderately low level. HCHs pollution in surface sediments was mainly caused by the application of lindane in agricultural as well as the mixed input of agricultural lindane and industrial HCHs. DDTs were predominately decomposed into DDE in oxic environments and their pollution was primarily duo to the industrial use of DDTs, the mixed input of industrial DDTs and dicofol. Historical residues were the principal source for OCPs in sediments, rather than recent inputs. OCPs are mainly historical residues in the environment, with less recent input of OCPs. Ecological risk assessment highlights that endosulfan I dieldrin posed high ecological risks to the Beiluo River. Accordingly, a more intensive monitoring and control of organic pollution in the investigated regions are highly recommended.
