摘要
酒精性肝病是最常见的慢性肝病。近年来,酒精性肝病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已成为继吸烟和高血压以外的第三大致死原因。目前临床上主要通过戒酒以及药物辅助治疗对其进行干预,而药物的长期服用会产生不良反应。药食两用中草药具有不良反应少、患者依从性高、疗效佳的优势,是中医药防治慢性疾病的特色疗法。本文对近年来国内外关于药食同源改善酒精性肝病相关文献进行综述,为酒精性肝病治疗药物的开发提供思路与参考。
Alcoholic liver disease is a common chronic liver disease.Recently,the prevalence of alcoholic liver disease has been increasing year by year and has become the third leading cause of death after smoking and hypertension.For now,abstinence and drug-assisted therapy are the major clinical interventions.However,long-term use of drugs will cause side effects.As a characteristic therapy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicine show fewer side effects with better patient compliance and curative effect.In this review,research progress in medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicine for alcoholic fatty liver disease was summarized to provide ideas and reference for the drug development for alcoholic liver disease.
