摘要
早期大多数亚临界机组电厂使用电动机来驱动给水泵,厂用电率较高。通过对河南某电厂300 MW亚临界机组电动给水泵改造成汽动给水泵的改造方案进行了分析,计算了给水泵驱动方式改造前后厂用电率、热耗率等经济性能指标参数的变化,得到机组负荷投资收益表,继而根据该厂实际情况计算出机组投资回收年限,为汽动给水泵改造提供可行性分析。
In the early stage,most of the power plants with subcritical units use electric motors to drive feed-water pumps,so the auxiliary power consumption rate is high.The transformation scheme of electric pump to steam pump of 300 MW subcritical unit in a power plant in Henan Province is analyzed.The economic performance parameters such as auxiliary power consumption rate and heat consumption rate before and after the transformation of feed-water pump driving mode are calculated.The investment income statement of unit load is obtained,and then the payback period of unit investment is calculated according to the actual situation of the power plant,which provides feasibility analysis for the transformation of steam feed-water pump.
