摘要
开展宏观检查、拉伸性能试验、硬度试验和金相检验等对某核电厂汽动给水泵平衡盘发生开裂的原因进行分析。分析结果表明,堆焊层内部裂纹在冲击载荷下发生扩展,并延伸至堆焊层表面。从焊缝内部裂纹的形貌和位置来看,为典型的焊接热裂纹。
Macroscopic examination, tensile property test, hardness test, metallographic inspection and other detection means were carried out to analyze the cracking reason of the balance disk of steam-drive pump in a nuclear power plant. The analysis results show that the crack of surfacing layer is extended to the surface of surfacing layer under impact loading. It is typical welding hot cracking judging from the morphology and position of the crack in the weld.
