日立350 MW亚临界机型高压调阀阀杆振动问题分析及解决方案

摘要 日立进口的某350 MW亚临界机型,4个高压调阀直接放置在高中压外缸上,汽缸上部2个调阀腔室相通,下部2个调阀腔室相通。此种结构存在缺陷,在运行中经常出现调阀阀杆振动导致其十字头连接件甚至阀杆断裂问题,文章针对该问题进行分析并提出解决方案。 For a 350 MW subcritical unit imported from Hitachi, HP control valves are directly placed on the outer cylinders. two control valve chambers on the upper part of the cylinder are connected, and another two control valve chambers at the lower part of the cylinder are connected. There are defects in this structure, and the vibration of valve stem often occurs in operation, which leads to the fracture of crosshead connector and even valve stem. This paper analyzes the problem and puts forward some solutions.
