摘要
工业汽轮机抽汽调节阀杆频繁发生断裂及振动。经过分析认为阀杆加工工艺、结构不合理和阀杆直径设计安全裕度偏小是引起阀杆断裂的主要原因;调节阀内汽体流动的不稳定性和作用在阀头上的不均匀蒸汽力是引起阀头振动的诱导因素,阀头和阀杆连接结构形式对诱发和抑制阀杆振动有很大影响。通过综合改进,解决了阀杆断裂和振动问题。
Fracture and vibration occurs on the extractive control valve stem of industrial turbine frequently.The analysis results show that the valve stem processing technology,irrational structure and minor design safe margin of stem diameter are the main reason of causing the stem fracture;flow instability within the control valve and uneven steam force acted on the valve head induce the valve head to vibrate,however the connection structures of valve head and stem have a significant impact on inducing and inhibit...
