摘要
汽轮机进汽调节阀控制系统是汽轮机启动、停止、正常运行和事故工况下的调节执行器,通过控制汽轮机调节门的开度,实现对汽轮机的转速、负荷、压力等的控制,是汽轮机控制的核心,其出现故障将严重危及汽轮机的安全。本文列举了太电公司的汽机调节门控制系统出现的三种故障,描述了故障的现象,指出了发生故障的主要部件,对故障的原因进行了详细的分析,提出相应的技术措施,总结了三种故障的共性问题及解决办法。
