摘要
目的:分析在难治性高血压患者应用螺内酯辅助治疗对血压控制效果的促进作用和安全性,为该疾病治疗提供理论依据。方法:将2018年5月-2020年1月在笔者所在医院医治的80例难治性高血压患者纳入研究,通过数字随机表法分为两组,给予对照组(40例)基础治疗,试验组(40例)在此基础上联合螺内酯治疗。观察两组治疗前后血压水平,评价两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果:试验组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间均无严重不良反应出现。结论:螺内酯辅助治疗应用于难治性高血压患者中,能够进一步提高降压效果,治疗效果显著,安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the promoting effect and safety of Spironolactone adjuvant therapy on blood pressure control in patients with refractory hypertension,and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease.Method:Eighty patients with refractory hypertension treated in our hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups by the digital random table method,and the control group (40 cases) was given basic treatment,the experimental group (40 cases) was treated with Spironolactone on this basis.The blood pressure levels before and after treatment were observed,the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The application of Spironolactone adjuvant therapy in patients with refractory hypertension can further improve the effect of reducing blood pressure.The therapeutic effect is significant and the safety is high,which is worthy of promotion.
