摘要
目的:分析氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪与氨氯地平联合治疗老年难治性高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2022年1月萍乡市第二人民医院接受的60例老年难治性高血压患者,采用摸球法将其分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组采用氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压水平,临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪联合氨氯地平治疗老年难治性高血压,可有效控制血压水平,减少不良反应。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory hypertension.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with refractory hypertension admitted to the Pingxiang NO.2 People’s Hospital from June 2019 to January 2022 were selected,and divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) using the touch ball method.The control group was treated with Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide,and the observation group was treated with Amlodipine on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure levels before and after treatment,clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups.Result:After treatment,diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and systolic blood pressure (SBP) levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of elderly refractory hypertension can effectively control blood pressure level and reduce adverse reactions.
