摘要
目的:探究原发性高血压患者幽门螺杆菌感染与脂代谢相关性。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年12月本院治疗原发性高血压的76例患者作为研究对象,选择同期于本院体检的70例正常人群作为参照组,检测幽门螺杆菌抗体、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇及三酰甘油,以分析原发性高血压患者幽门螺杆菌感染与脂代谢的相关性。结果:与参照组对比,研究组幽门螺杆菌含量、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油及总胆固醇较高,高密度脂蛋白较低(P<0.05)。研究组3级与2级患者幽门螺杆菌含量、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油及总胆固醇高于1级,3级与2级患者高密度脂蛋白低于1级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1级患者感染率为16.67%(5例),2级患者感染率为41.67%(10例),3级患者感染率为72.73%(16例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,1级、2级、3级患者的幽门螺杆菌感染情况与三酰甘油水平呈正相关(r=0.597、0.612、0.689,P=0.021、0.017、0.015),与总胆固醇水平呈正相关(r=0.614、0.659、0.712,P=0.020、0.016、0.012),与低密度脂蛋白水平呈正相关(r=0.608、0.711、0.754,P=0.017、0.010、0.008);与高密度脂蛋白水平无明显相关性(r=0.134、0.159、0.203,P=0.076、0.063、0.058)。结论:原发性高血压患者幽门螺杆菌感染会影响脂质代谢,两者存在一定相关性。
Objective:To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and lipid metabolism in patients with essential hypertension.Method:A total of 76 cases with essential hypertension from May 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.A total of 70 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the reference group.Helicobacter pylori antibody,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,cholesterol,triglyceride were detected,analyzed the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and lipid metabolism in patients with essential hypertension.Result:Compared with the reference group,the level of Helicobacter pylori antibody,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride and total cholesterol in the study group were higher,the level of high density lipoprotein in the study group was lower (P<0.05).In the study group,the levels of Helicobacter pylori antibody,low density lipoprotein,triglycerides and total cholesterol in patients with grade 3 and grade 2 were higher than those in grade 1;the level of high density lipoprotein in patients with grade 3 and grade 2 was lower than that in patients with grade 1 (P<0.05).The infection rate of patients with grade 1 was 16.67% (5 cases),the infection rate of patients with grade 2 was 41.67% (10 cases),and the infection rate of patients with grade 3 was 72.73% (16 cases),and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that Helicobacter pylori infection was positively correlated with the level of triglyceride (r=0.597,0.612,0.689,P=0.021,0.017,0.015),total cholesterol (r=0.614,0.659,0.712,P=0.020,0.016,0.012),low density lipoprotein (r=0.608,0.711,0.754,P=0.017,0.010,0.008),there was no significant correlation with the level of high density lipoprotein (r=0.134,0.159,0.203,P=0.076,0.063,0.058).Conclusion:Helicobacter pylori infection can affect lipid metabolism in patients with essential hypertension,and there is a certain correlation between the
