摘要
目的探讨消化道肿瘤患者护理中开展人文关怀护理对护理效果的影响。方法于2018年1月—2019年6月方便选择该院接受化疗的消化道肿瘤患者120例,按照随机数字表法两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人文关怀护理,比较心理状态评分、治疗依从性、不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果心理状态评分在护理后相比,观察组的SAS、SDS评分与对照组相比更低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.514、7.398,P=0.013、0.012)。治疗总依从率观察组95.00%与对照组80.00%相比更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.171,P=0.013)。各类不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.817、6.984、5.175、7.245,P=0.009、0.008、0.023、0.013)。护理总满意率观察组96.67%与对照组83.33%相比更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.926,P=0.015)。结论人文关怀护理可切实改善消化道肿瘤患者的心理状态,提高其治疗依从性,有利于减少化疗不良反应,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of humanistic care on nursing satisfaction of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019conveniently select ed 120 patients with gastrointestinal tumors in the hospital who received chemotherapy were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received humane care nursing.Compared mental status score,treatment compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction.Results Compared with the mental status scores after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.514,7.398,P=0.013,0.012).The total treatment compliance rate was 95.00%in the observation group compared with 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.171,P=0.013).The incidence of various adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.817,6.984,5.175,7.245,P=0.009,0.008,0.023,0.013).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care was 96.67%in the observation group compared with 83.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.926,P=0.015).Conclusion Humanistic care can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with gastrointestinal tumors,improve their compliance with treatment,reduce adverse reactions to chemotherapy,and improve nursing satisfaction.
