摘要
目的:探讨百乐眠联合艾司唑仑在血液透析合并失眠患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月大冶市人民医院肾内科收治的血液透析合并失眠患者80例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗,观察组给予艾司唑仑联合百乐眠治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、睡眠指标[匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、阿森斯失眠量表]和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);治疗后,两组患者PSQI和阿森斯失眠量表评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:百乐眠联合艾司唑仑对血液透析伴失眠患者疗效较好,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,不良反应较少。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Bailemian combined with estazolam in patients with insomnia during hemodialysis.Methods:Eighty hemodialysis patients with insomnia admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Daye People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was given estazolam treatment,and the observation group was given estazolam combined with Bailemian treatment.The clinical efficacy,sleep indices[Pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI),Athens insomnia scale]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).After treatment,PSQI and Athens insomnia scale scores were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:Bailemian combined with estazolam has better efficacy in patients with insomnia during hemodialysis,and can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with fewer adverse reactions.
