摘要
目的探讨清肝安神方在社区不寐(肝郁化火型)患者中的应用效果及对SPIEGEL自评量表的影响研究。方法抽选本社区医院在2020年3月至2021年3月收治的不寐(肝郁化火型)患者84例,随机数字表法分组为治疗组及对照组;对照组应用百乐眠胶囊,治疗组应用清肝安神方。观察比较2组治疗前后的症状积分、SPIEGEL量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑(SAS)评分及2组治疗有效性。结果治疗后,2组的症状积分、SPIEFEL量表评分、PSQI量表、及SDS、SAS评分均较治疗前低(P<0.05);且治疗组的水平比对照组均更低(P<0.05)。治疗组有效性为97.6%,比对照组85.7%更高(P<0.05)。结论给予社区不寐(肝郁化火型)患者使用清肝安神方治疗,可显著提升有效性,降低症状积分、SPIEGEL量表评分、PSQI量表评分、SDS及SAS评分。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Qinggan Anshen Recipe on patients with insomnia(liver depression and fire type)in the community and its influence on the SPIEGEL self-rating scale.Methods A total of 84 patients with insomnia(stagnation of liver and fire type)admitted to this community hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with number method.Patients in control group were treated with Bailemian capsules,and those in treatment group were treated with Qinggan Anshen Decoction.The level of symptom scores,the SPIEGEL scale score,the effectiveness of the two groups,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,as well as the depression(SDS)and anxiety(SAS)score between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the level of symptom scores,the SPIEGEL scale score,the PSQI scale score,the SDS and SAS scores in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of them in the treatment group were also lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effectiveness of the treatment group was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than 85.7%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with insomnia(the liver-stagnation transforming fire type)in the community with Qinggan Anshen Decoction can significantly improve the effectiveness and reduce the symptom score,SPIEGEL scale score,PSQI scale score,SDS and SAS score.
