摘要
针对市场阶段性柴油需求量大的情况,某炼油厂通过分析影响柴油收率的因素,采取提高2套常减压装置常三线95%馏出温度,适当降低300×10^4 t/a重油催化裂化装置反应温度、平衡剂活性,提高120×10^4 t/a重油催化裂化装置催化柴油95%馏出温度等优化措施后,柴油平均收率较实施前提高了1.87%,有效的增加了柴油收率,满足了市场需求。
In view of the large demand for diesel in the market,through analysis of the factors affecting the diesel yield,a refinery adopted optimization measures such as increasing 95%distillation temperature of atmospheric third line diesel in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,appropriately reducing the reaction temperature and the activity of the balancing agent in the 300×10^4 t/a FCC unit,and increasing 95%distillation temperature of the catalytic diesel in the 120×10^4 t/a FCC unit to make the average yield of diesel increased by 1.87%,which effectively increased the yield of diesel and met the market demand.
