摘要
自1986年来我国柴油缺口逐年扩大，生产柴汽比低于消费柴汽比，而在消费方面存在着一些不合理因素。文章预测2000年和2005年我国柴油需求和生产状况，并提出了缓和供需矛盾的建议。
Since 1986, the shortage of diesel in our country has been increasing year by year. The diesel-gasoline ratio in production has been less than that in consumption and there are some of unreasonable factors in the latter. The paper puts out several suggestions for mitigating the contradiction of supply and demand.
