摘要
某石化公司1 000×10~4t/a常减压装置在加工伊朗重原油过程中,频频出现常压塔塔顶切水氯含量升高、腐蚀速率增加的情况。对原油从进厂到电脱盐再到常压蒸馏等过程进行分析论证,得出伊重原油中有机氯含量高是引发装置腐蚀的重要原因。
In an 1000×10^4t/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit that processesIranian heavy crude oil at a SINOPEC refinery,it was observed frequently that the chlorine content of tower top draining water and the corrosion rate increased.The whole process from entering the plant to the electric desalination and then to the atmospheric distillation was analyzed to conclude that the high content of organic chlorine in Iranian heavy crude oil was a major cause of the corrosion.
