摘要
针对中石油某分公司550万t/a常减压蒸馏装置常压塔顶部出现严重腐蚀的问题,本文从腐蚀性介质来源、反应原理等方面进行分析,认为腐蚀主要由于低温含氯电化学腐蚀及水蒸气氧化引起的沉积物化学腐蚀所致,提出减弱腐蚀的措施。
Aiming at the problem of severe corrosion at the top of the atmospheric tower of a 5.5 Mt/a atmospheric vacuum distillation unit of a branch of China Petroleum,the source of corrosive media and the reaction principle is analyzed in this paper.It is believed that corrosion is mainly caused by lowtemperature chlorine-containing electrochemical corrosion and chemical corrosion of sediments caused water vapor Oxidized.And improving measures are proposed to reduce corrosion.
